Not long after pulling my back..I slipped on my yoga mat. How did this happen? I left it out and didn't even notice..I actually layed it on top of my dog's pee. It was hidden by the shadow of my exercise bike, so I had no chance of even seeing it..maybe if I walked around with a flashlight at all times. This was a really bad slip..not sure if I have an injury..I can walk..now I'm recovering from my slip. I was supposed to do a try on for my leggings but this really brought my mood down even more..hoping to feel better soon so I can post pics of me wearing my new leggings.
Now that I'm posting..this is a warning to dog parents to always be looking down for any puddles of pee.
